Stocks and Soups for the New Year

Knowing how to make the best stock is  a fundamental to good cooking. With this knowledge you are able to make the best soups, stews, braises, court bouillon. Good stock is the foundation.

In this class you will learn the foundations of beef stock, chicken stock and vegetable stock.
