Learn from one of the best in the businesses.   Special guest, Bob the Butcher will teach you about butchery techniques while break down a hind quarter. We'll go over the cooking process, timing, temperatures, seasonings and sauces. In true Ranch 45 style there will also be plenty of time for enjoying as well. 

FOR THIS CLASS ONLY you will have the opportunity to purchase steaks, priced slightly above wholesale and cut to your specifications.

$95 per person includes:  class and recipes, tastes, non alcoholic beverages, tax and service charge. Beer and wine are available for purchase.  $25 corkage fee will be applied to any wine brought in.
