Barbecue is a cooking method, a style of food, and a name for a meal or gathering at which this style of food is cooked and served. In this series we will go over the 4 most common methods of BBQ. Smoking, Grilling, Roasting (Pit BBQ), Braising. Grilling usually involves a significant amount of direct, radiant heat, and tends to be used for cooking meat and vegetables quickly. We'll go over the cooking process, timing, temperatures, seasonings and sauces. In true Ranch 45 style there will also be plenty of time for gathering as well.
