Barbecue is a cooking method, a style of food, and a name for a meal or gathering at which this style of food is cooked and served. In this series we will go over the 4 most common methods of BBQ. Smoking, Grilling, Roasting (Pit BBQ), Braising.
Smoking is the process of flavoring, cooking, and/or preserving food by exposing it to smoke from burning or smoldering material, most often wood. We'll go over the cooking process, timing, temperatures, seasonings and sauces, woods. In true Ranch 45 style there will also be plenty of time for gathering as well.
