Knife Skills Basics Saturday March 28

In the kitchen a knife is the extension of your hands.  Learning a few basic knife skills and fundamental cuts—with plenty of hands-on practice—will boost your kitchen competence and confidence.

In this 1 hour course attendees will learn terms like, chiffonade, bruniose, julianne, how to chop garlic, cut onions and more.  We will also go over different kinds of knifes, a honing rod, bench scraper and cutting boards.

Hands on and limited to 12 people.  Please bring your own knife. 

$35 per person includes:  class and recipes, non alcoholic beverages, tax and service charge.
